Return of any item to Salt Pool Store for exchange or refund should be within 30 days of receiving goods.
Goods must be in original packaging and with the Return Authority Number clearly marked on the outer packaging which will be supplied to you once approved
Please ensure a copy of the Return Form is enclosed with the goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange unless advised otherwise.
This is not a guarantee that a credit will be issued. We will need to inspect the goods upon their return. Goods received damaged or not in original condition will not be accepted for a credit.
